3. Data Storage
Property inputs used for generation are transmitted to our AI provider for processing and are not permanently retained on our servers (see Section 4). Account information and purchased credit balances are stored securely in our database (Firebase) and are tied to your registered account. This data is not accessible or modifiable from your browser and is only updated through verified transactions. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for:
- AI Content Generation (OpenAI): Your property inputs are transmitted via secure API to OpenAI strictly for generating your listing description. We configure our API access to opt out of data retention and to prohibit use of your inputs for training OpenAI's models.
- Authentication (Netlify Identity): We use Netlify Identity to manage account creation and login. This service processes your email address and a secure authentication token.
- Payment Processing (Stripe): Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers — Stripe handles all payment card data directly under its own security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).
- Database (Firebase): Account credit balances and purchase history are stored in Firebase, operated by Google.
- Analytics: Anonymized usage data via Google Analytics.
- Infrastructure: Secure static hosting via Netlify.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
